Economic services we provide for clients through our partnership company C.E.S. - Centre of Economic Services. C.E.S. has provided accounting services for clients since 1994. Company specializes in administering of double-entry and single-entry bookkeeping, salary processing and economic consultancy for entrepreneurs.
High-quality and professional providing of accounting services requires a systematic education and study of valid legislation. Our working team consists of trained and experienced accountants working under the management of the member of Slovak Chamber of Auditors and Slovak Chamber of Tax Advisers. Accounting services:
- Processing of primary accounting documents
- Accounting processing of tax documents
- Processing of tax-income returns to respective deadlines and for various taxes
- Processing of accounting statements, general ledger and books of accounts for deadlines agreed
- Processing of annual statement of finances
- Client's representation in negotiation with tax office, or any controlling authorities in the matter of payroll agenda and agenda of social and health insurance
Processing of payroll:
- Processing of monthly payroll entries including reports and deliveries to relevant legal insurance companies
- Registration of employees in legal insurance companies
- Processing of income tax annual clearing of natural persons for employees
- Processing of health insurance annual clearing for employees
- Issuing of respective affirmations according to requirements of employees and at termination of employment
- Preparation of statistical statements
Pursuant to the mandate contract, the company C.E.S. takes the responsibility for provided services. For the purpose of risk elimination by service providing, the company is insured.
